It’s official!!!! Alexis and Christian became Mr & Mrs last Thursday at the Farmhouse at Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek, Arizona. And since they had an unplugged wedding…we are sharing their blog post extra early for all their friends and family!
I knew from the day we had their engagement session, that their wedding day was going to be special! They had a traditional ceremony where Christian saw Alexis for the first time in her wedding gown as she walked down the aisle. And although I absolutely loved that part of their day, my favorite was their private prayer before their wedding. Where they stood back to back and held hands while praying for their marriage.
It is always the biggest honor to capture a wedding day, but it becomes the biggest blessing to capture a wedding where you see Christ’s love pouring through not only our couple, but their entire family! Alexis & Christian’s day was filled with so much calmness, joy and love from everyone, we could not of asked for a better day!
Christian & Alexis,
We are so excited for your marriage! Not only are you two wildly in love, but you know the best foundation for your marriage is your faith. And that is so beautiful! From the day first day we chatted on the phone, I knew that you two were going to be such a fun-loving couple to capture! You two can not help but glow around each other and I expect to see that same glow on your 50th wedding anniversary! 😀
We are praying for an amazing journey through marriage for you guys! And we are excited to see where life takes you! I can not wait to share your full gallery, but until then- enjoy this sneak peek from your wedding day and happy honeymooning!
