Frequently Asked Questions
For One-on-One Intensive coaching calls, we will spend 90 minutes together on call. Please note you will have work to complete prior to our call so that we can maximize our time together.
For ongoing business coaching calls, we will connect for 45 minutes the first call of each month and 30 minutes for the remaining calls.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR COACHING CALLS?
Professional yet personable. As if we are lifelong friends and I am your go-to for business advice/direction/mentorship.
Your confidentiality is my top priority. I live in a judge-free zone, so transparency with your business results and how you feel about them is welcome.
I coach based on your capacity so that you can progress with realistic actions for the season you are in. Unrealistic expectations have no place in our coaching sessions.
